Messaging Strategist & Communication Coach

You’ve Got One Shot To Say It Right. I’ll Help You Take It.

For companies whose business has evolved but the message hasn't. I help you think clearly so you communicate clearly. See what’s getting lost, find the story underneath, and tell it in human words that click and stick. One story. Across your business. Even when you’re not in the room.

Marian Chrvala

The Company Knows More. Yet Somehow Says Less.

Marketing adds words. Sales adds words. Leadership adds words. The business evolves. Before long, everyone tells a slightly different story.

That's where I come in. I don't polish messages. I uncover them. I cut the crap and keep the soul. That’s clarity for the bold, not the bland.

“Marian is among the best supporters I have had... He was an active and conceptually refined contributor to strategy for marketing and communication.”
Peter Kompalla
Executive Director at German-Slovak Chamber of Commerce (AHK Slowakei)

The pattern

It All Starts Like This...

Business messaging audit icon 01

First, buyers don't see why you're different...

  • You can’t explain your edge without sounding like everyone else
  • Buyers don't see why they should choose you
  • Your message shifts every week, so no one knows what story to follow
Customer magnet icon 02

Then, the message starts to drift...

  • Every team fills in the gaps and adds its own interpretation
  • Small changes become different stories
  • You're not losing to competitors, you're losing to confusion
Brand messaging icon 03

Eventually, you become a commodity...

  • You speak in facts and figures but forget to tell stories
  • You sound smart, but jargon kills every trace of clarity
  • You’ve let AI take the mic, and it stole your voice

You Don’t Have A Words Problem. You Have A Thinking Problem.

Communication isn't where confusion starts.

Thinking is.

It begins with unclear priorities.

Half-made decisions.

Small compromises that pile up over time.

Until every sales call,

every presentation,

every new hire

tells a different version of your business.

Your Business Probably Needs More Holes

Manifesto

I've spent twenty years watching smart ideas die in boring words. I got tired of attending the funeral.

The TL;DR...

I'm a Messaging Strategist & Communication Coach.

I work with thinkers, rebels, and disruptors whose buyers should get it by now, but don't.

You'll get two things from me. I'll tell you the truth without BS. Then I'll love you to death.

The Full Story...

I've lost count of the number of times I've sat in a room where the CEO, Head of Sales, and Marketing Director all described the same company in three completely different ways.

I've sat through meetings where nobody disagreed.
Nobody raised their voice.
Nobody challenged the strategy.

Then everyone walked out with a different understanding of what had just been decided.

I've watched brilliant products lose to simpler stories.

I've watched companies spend months improving what they sell while neglecting how they explain it.

Eventually I realised confusion rarely arrives all at once.
It creeps in.
One meeting.
One slide.
One buzzword.
One compromise at a time.

Today, in an AI world where content is cheap and everyone follows the same script, words are no longer the advantage.

Your edge comes from saying what others might not, can't, or won't.

It's about taste.
Judgment.
The courage to say no.

That's the work I care about.

My Pledge

I, Marian Chrvala, hereby swear to abandon all fear; to question everything; to trust in myself; to honor those before me as I excel, and to support those who follow as they ascend. I swear that I will never accept another’s standard for success, as I set mine one measure higher. When I am finished, no one will ever fucking look at communication the same way again.
